Isaiah 9:2 The people walking in darkness have seen a great light; on those living in the land of deep darkness a light has dawned.
Dear Friends,
Greetings from Jabulani, we trust you are all well and enjoying Jesus. We have had a great school holiday month with the children and while it was cold we really had a wonderful time as a family together.
July at Jabulani
Dear Friends of Jabulani,
Greetings from darkest Africa! Yes it is dark!
We are now surviving on electricity which is only available from 10-30pm til 4am ...it is a very difficult situation to say the least! When there are 13 children with all their assorted school uniforms and daily clothes to wash, dry and then iron it means our fantastic staff are working many hours of the night as well as all of us rising at 5am in the dark to get ready for the day ahead!
May at Jabulani
Greetings from a cold and getting colder Zimbabwe! The winter has arrived early with cooler mornings and nights and with 12 hour power cuts every day it’s quite challenging to say the least!
Our children are doing very well at school this term, behavior is much better and while not all of the children are academically minded they have done quite well in tests but have room for improvement in some subjects especially Math and Shona language.
April in Jabulani
Greetings from a hot Harare, the weather shows no sign of abating and it is very tiring and draining most days with high temps and little respite. The children are enjoying swimming and relaxing at weekends as they are very busy with lots of homework every day during the week.
Things have not improved much on the food side of life, the costs continue to escalate weekly and without the help of all our dear Jabulani friends we would be in real trouble but we are trusting God for all we need and He is showing Himself to be always faithful praise God! We continue to import most foodstuffs from South Africa every month and are grateful for those friends who have expressed a desire to help us with our groceries monthly.
Hot and Sticky March

We thank God for all the love, prayers, support and concern shown to us by so many of you during the past month, it has been a difficult and traumatic time but the Lord has answered your prayers and we are all safe, secure and blessed in His care.
After experiencing fuel shortages leading to us queuing up to 12 hours a day …
